About the Role
Major Accountabilities
- Content Preparation: Develop and coordinate content for integrated brand teams and launch teams, ensuring effective and consistent communication.
- Execution and Monitoring: Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and analyzing agreed tactical plans, ensuring sustained brand growth.
- Promotional Activities Development: Lead the creation and execution of promotional activities, aligned with internal guidelines and the Code of Conduct.
- Financial Management: Supervise and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses, evaluating the profitability and results of the product's marketing mix.
- Opportunity Identification: Detect market information and opportunities through customer interactions, optimizing marketing strategies.
- Marketing Activities: Execute both central and regional marketing activities, adapting strategies to local needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and the external environment, using appropriate tools and taking corrective actions to meet business objectives.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work together with Marketing and Medical teams to maximize activities, including identifying specific patient needs and disease implications in each segment within the assigned territory.
Key Performance Indicators
- Collaboration: Work with local brand managers and global/regional/local specialists in specific marketing sub-functions.
- Product Strategy: Define product strategy in coordination with local management and the global marketing department, implementing supportive tactical plans and projects.
Required Education: Degree in administrative careers or related fields in marketing
